Technical Support Options for each Practice
Tech Support Calls are billed at a minimum 15 minute charges for clients who purchased Medisoft products from OTMBS pay $79/hour, if software is purchased from OTMBS.
Clients who purchased directly from e-MDs Medisoft or from any other VAR are charged $129/hour.
Billed for minimum 15 minute charge/increments.
A contract is not required to get tech support by telephone or online.

We can dial into any system using Teamviewer: this is a free downloads online www.teamviewer.com. Once installed on your system it allows are tech support to dial into the system. You can then show us the problems you are experiencing and we can correct the problem immediately and get you back on track to business needs.
