Technical Support Options for each Practice
Tech Support Calls are billed at a minimum 15 minute charges for clients who purchased
Medisoft products from OTMBS. Clients who purchased directly from McKesson (Per-Se
Technologies) Medisoft or from any other VAR are charged $129/hr. Minimum 15 minute
charge.
A contract is not required to get tech support by telephone or online. We do ask that you sign
an agreement to the charge and pay before services are rendered.
Call 707.538.7082 We will respond promptly Monday-Friday. Emergency calls accepted on
weekends. Emails are accepted for support at vmulligan1@aol.com.
Weekends we will respond as soon as we are paged when you leave your message.
We can dial into any system using "crossloop.com" this is a free downloads online
www.crossloop.com
Once installed on your system it allows are tech support to dial into the system. You can then
show us the problems you are experiencing and we can correct the problem immediately and
get you back on track to business needs.

Purchase a support contract We ask all new customers to sign an "Agreement to Service"
this outlines our fees so that there are no surprises!
One time issue call Call our tech support line 707.538.7082 we will either over the phone or
online help you with your current issue. We accept credit card payments and we can resolve
your issue or you will not be charged.
Monthly Support Contract Billed monthly to your credit card. Allows unlimited technical
support calls regarding Medisoft. This does not include billing support. Monthly contract is
$225. You can cancel at anytime if not satisfied and we will bill you for only the time spent
helping you with your issue(s).
Yearly Support Contract Billing one time to your credit card. Allows unlimited technical
support calls regarding Medisoft. This does not include billing support. Yearly contract is
$2250.00. This is a one-year commitment to the service.
File Repair OTMBS offers file repair of your Medisoft products.
Data Conversation from another medical billing software OTMBS offers data
conversation from other software such as Medical Manager. Call for information and a quote.
